This term we have a brand new topic! It is healthy me. The children will be exploring how to keep their bodies fit and healthy.

Our artist this term is Guisseppe Arcimboldo, the children had a great time drawing pictures of fruit using charcoal and a range of pencils. Poppy and Bobbie-Rae did a great job!

Computing

This term we have been using paint to make our own artwork in the style of Piet Mondrian. Have a look at Harrison, Harry, Alyssa and Alex's work! It's amazing!

Science

This term in science year 3 will be studying rocks. So far, we have really enjoyed learning about the tree types of rocks.

Year 2 have been looking at living things and their habitats.

Year 3 ordered these rocks from the softest to the hardest.

RE

In RE last term we learnt all about the Easter Story. The children thought about how Jesus would of felt at each point in the story and decorated a cross in different colours to show this.

Our artwork was fantastic and we enjoyed sharing our work with the rest of the school.

We wrote some fantastic poems on National Poetry Day. The theme was 'freedom' so we went on a nature walk to see what was free in nature.
