Over the last few weeks, we have been looking at stories where the Wolf is the main character. We enjoyed reading different versions of “Little Red Riding Hood” and acting out the story in our role play area.
One of the stories is “Peter and the Wolf”. We didn’t start by reading the story but by listening to the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra retelling the story using instruments. Since listening to the music we have been learning about and making instruments. We are very lucky at St. Peter's as many of our members of staff play musical instruments and they were very kind to not only demonstrate how to play the instruments but also to let us have a go.

We are really enjoying watching our amaryllis grow.
In Maths we are learning to count and write numbers. Here are some of the videos we have viewed which help us remember those skills.
