We had a fabulous time painting our sculptures.
A REAL dinosaur came to visit us today! We learnt all about Sophie the T-Rex and we had a fantastic time. Did you know a T-Rex could grow to up to 12 m?
We have made dinosaur eggs to put our dinosaur sculpture in.
We used our computer skills and books from the library to find out about our favourite dinosaur.
We were paleontologists. We found real fossils in the sand and we used our research skills to find out what dinosaurs they belonged too.
Today we have been experimenting with clay, learning to join two smooth pieces together using tools and water.
We have been performing tests with our senses to decide which smell, taste, sight, feel and sound goes with Ella’s bear.

It’s been a super first day back. We have been doing lots of artwork all about Bonfire Night and we have also learned some Bonfire Night safety rules. Please ask your child all about them.

For our history work we looked at transport through the ages. In the afternoon we had a visit from one of the first forms of transport! We all enjoyed meeting Norman.
