We talked about the word Christmas and how it is made up of the words Christ and mas meaning Jesus Celebration.
We talked about birthdays and what happens at a birthday and remembered that Christmas is Jesus’ birthday celebration. Together we made gifts of lolly pops and individual birthday cakes. Then we sang (outside) happy birthday to Jesus. We lit blew out the candles.
