16.01.20 - Computing-Coding - We used Kodu and explored how the ‘When’ and ‘Do’ features work. We then designed a new world within the programmme.
13.01.20 - French-All About Ourselves - We revised colours matching picture to French name before looking at ways to describe our hair and eye colour.
08.01.20 - Science-Electricity - We explored different pieces of equipment and matched them up to their scientific symbols.

We analysed perspective and found the vanishing point in some of Lowry’s work. We then followed a tutorial to learn about how to draw using perspective in our own work.

We studied some of the portraits that Lowry painted and thought about what we liked and didn’t like.
We followed a tutorial to learn about oil pastel techniques.
We looked at the proportions of our facial features and then drew our own self portraits in the Lowry style.

We studied Lowry’s The Pavillion. We the created our own playground scene to draw following the style that Lowry used for pencil drawings.

We used pencil to try different techniques with texture and shading.
